Naturopaths Monica Cocchiara & Emily Ahern are passionate about Naturopathy and Herbal Medicine, both hold a degree in HSc Naturopathy. They love what they do and treat each case like it is their first. Aiming to help you on your health journey, treating you as an individual not a disease. Hence, your treatment is individually tailored for you. This could consist of an individually tailored herbal medicine, supplements, dietary or lifestyle advice.
We pride ourselves in always researching and using the best quality herbal medicines and supplements we are able to acquire. Always trying to keep up with all modern medical research, new herbal medicine research and undergo CPE continued education.
Our clinic is like a family and this is our first ever website! This practice has been built on word of mouth referrals for over three decades. Which we think is a big statement in itself. All our staff are friendly, knowledgeable, caring and most of all believe in what we practice. I think this shows when you enter the clinic.
Moinica Cocchiara
Monica founded the clinic in 1988, a time when not many people knew what a Naturopath was. Through word of mouth she has built a very busy and successful practice.
Monica specialises in fertility, auto-immune conditions and oncology support. Often successful at treating chronic conditions that have not responded to conventional medicine. Her passion for health and healing exudes when you meet her. Even after 35 years of practice her desire and
passion to continue working has not ceased. Monica loves to share her knowledge and has mentored and continues to mentor many students over the years.
Emily Ahern
Emily first joined our team as a student working in dispensary and reception in 2017. She continued to work here when she graduated as a Naturopath in 2019.
In 2022 Emily joined our clinic as a qualified Naturopath. In 35 years Monica has never been able to find the ‘right Naturopath’ to join the team. Someone with the same passion, care and dedication, until Emily. She is driven with the same passion to help and heal.
Working with Monica, Emily has successfully treated similar conditions. Her passion is skin. She loves to help people with chronic skin conditions like acne as this was a similar journey that lead her to study Naturopathy.
Iris Diagnosis
Is the study of the Iris. Our eyes are often known as ‘the window to our soul.’ We study your iris as a clinical tool to analyse your unique colours and markings which provides us with a map to your health and how we can best support you.

We use the highest standard of therapeutic medicine, our formulations and prescriptions are practitioner only. Meaning you are can only purchase these with a prescription. The industry is saturated with marketing and shiny looking health products however, it may not be the right quality or ingredients for you. Organic wildcrafted high grade to ensure there is no unwanted chemicals in the plant.
